Kaley’s educational background is in Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Communication, with a strong emphasis on leadership, systems, and mediation. This foundational knowledge coupled with her decades of work experience continues to inform her grounded, people-centered approach to business problem-solving.

Kaley has spent years with nose to the grindstone in both private and public health, specialty contracting, commercial real estate, fitness, non-profit, university systems, and small business. With experience leading cross-functional teams, oversight of operational, administrative, and strategic functions as well as HR and compliance, Kaley can partner with you to offer a depth of understanding that will support and empower your mission and goals. Kaley is results-oriented, focused on not only unlocking and enabling your success, but also achieving lasting prosperity while founders, executives, and their teams experience personal peace in the process.

Kaley is also a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Tower Realty Partners. These two strands of her work are closely interrelated, and together support her ability to assist clients with their strategic, transactional, and long-term goals.

In her personal time, Kaley can be found on the sideline of a lacrosse field cheering for her three children. Kaley and her husband enjoy tennis, golf, and pickleball. Formerly a marathoner and Ironman triathlete, she now prefers a short workout followed by a long happy hour, or a walk with her Golden Retriever.
